This Privacy Policy applies to www.healthreporter.com and all other websites, features, or online services that are owned or controlled by Health Reporter and that post a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Websites”), whether accessed via computer, mobile device, or otherwise.

In this privacy policy we, Health Reporter (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), aim to give you information on how Health Reporter collects and uses your Personal Information through your use of the Websites, including any information you may provide through the Websites when you sign up for an account, sign up to receive information or communications from us, purchase a product or service, or request further services or information from us.

What personal information do we collect​

We do not collect any SPECIAL CATEGORIES of Personal Information about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences. We obtain the aforementioned data either directly from you or automatically (As you navigate through the Services, we may automatically collect technical, usage information about your tools, browsing actions and patterns).

For what purposes do we use your personal information

Your rights

Children personal data

The Websites are not designed for, or directed to, children under the age of 18 and Health Reporter does not intentionally collect information about anyone under the age of 18 on the Websites. If Health Reporter discovers that it has inadvertently collected Personal Information from anyone younger than the age of 18, we will attempt to delete the information as soon as possible. Your Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act

To the extent that the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) is applicable to either Health Reporter or You: both parties agree to comply with all of its obligations under the CCPA. In relation to any communication of ‘Personal Data’ as defined by the CCPA, the parties agree that no monetary or other valuable consideration is being provided for such Personal Data and therefore neither party is ‘selling’, as defined by the CCPA, Personal Data to the other party, unless specifically agreed for and consented to by the parties.

The principal rights You have under the CCPA include but are not limited to: the right to know the Personal Data We collect from You; the right to request the deletion of Your Personal Data; the right not to be discriminated against for having exercised Your rights under the CCPA; the right to opt out from the collection and/or sale of Your Personal Data; and the right to access Your Personal Data.

Both parties agree to notify the other immediately if it receives any complaint, notice, or communication that directly or indirectly relates to either party’s compliance with the CCPA. Specifically, We shall notify You within 10 working days if We receive a verifiable consumer request under the CCPA.
