Is Soy Milk Keto?

Soy milk is keto-friendly and makes a great plant-based alternative to dairy milk. It will not kick you out of ketosis because it is low in carbohydrates. It is, however, low in fats. You may need to supplement soy milk with other healthy fat sources to increase your fat intake.
