Is Peanut Oil Keto-Friendly?
Peanut oil is both low in net carbs and high in fats; however, it is a highly refined oil that should not be consumed on a clean keto diet. It may be consumed if you are following a dirty/lazy keto diet.
Lazy Keto
- The lazy keto diet requires you to limit your daily carbs to around 10% of your daily intake. Still, it does not require you to track protein or fat intake. You may also consume processed and refined foods.
