Is Mango Keto-Friendly?

Mango is not a keto-friendly fruit because it is too high in carbs, and eating it could kick you out of ketosis. It is also low in fats and, therefore, not a good match for keto. 

Too High in Carbs

  • A small serving of mango can kick you out of ketosis and hinder your weight loss efforts. It is better to eat other fruits that have a low carb content.

  • Eat mango if you want to control your blood pressure and lower cholesterol.
  • While you can benefit your health by eating mango, it is not suitable for the ketogenic diet due to its high-carb and low-fat content.
