Is Jameson Keto-Friendly?
Jameson Irish whiskey is okay to drink on the ketogenic diet in controlled amounts. Like other spirits, it is free from carbs. However, it is an alcoholic drink that will not benefit your weight loss journey. Have this beverage on rare occasions and in small amounts.
