Is Hellmann’s Mayo Keto?

Hellman’s Mayo is considered keto-friendly because of its carbohydrate content. It is, however, classified as dirty or lazy keto. This is because it has a carb value of zero and high-fat content as well as many unhealthy ingredients.

  • When consuming oil, you should opt for oils with higher levels of unsaturated fats, like olive oil.
