You can also do a juice cleanse with orange juice, but be careful not to take it for more than 72 hours. For added nutrition, you can mix it with the juices from whole fruits or vegetables like apples, ginger, carrots, celery, lemon, or cucumbers.

When Should I Drink Orange Juice to Lose Weight?

The best time to drink orange juice is in the morning on an empty stomach so you can absorb all its nutrients to the fullest extent possible. You should also watch your calories so you don’t hinder your weight loss.

Having orange juice for breakfast boosts your metabolism. Orange pomace is also an excellent way to reduce the negative impact of a heavy breakfast with high calories and fat.

Even though drinking orange juice is healthy in moderate amounts, it doesn’t replace water. To stay hydrated, drink a gallon of water every day.

Drinking orange juice daily in moderation can help you lose belly fat since it’s packed with antioxidants. Visceral fat is one of the leading causes of inflammation, which these antioxidants help reduce. However, orange juice will help burn belly fat only with a reduced-calorie diet and moderate exercise.
